from Sep 11 to 14 I visited Madrid Barajas airport. Madrid is the gateway to Europe for a number of South American carriers. There are a number of nice photopoints around the airport but for most you do need a car and preferrably a GPS since navigating the Spanish roads can be a challenge.
The first 2 days we had blue skies, the last 2 days were grey with a lot of rain, The last day we therefore made a visit to the excelent airforce museum in Madrid Cuatro Vientos.
